I didn't begin in boardrooms or venture capital. I grew up around family-led businesses in textiles and food — where business was not theory, but daily reality. Inventory, cash cycles, supplier relationships, and uncertainty were lived experiences.

With limited resources, I funded my education by teaching — building discipline and problem-solving early on. Over time, I pursued Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary qualifications, followed by advanced business education — not as credentials, but as tools to understand how businesses scale.
This journey — from ground-level operations to structured finance — continues to define how I think, build, and operate today.

Founder & CEO — Indizign / AKR Industries
Building a garment manufacturing and export platform with six owned factories in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Serving global brands including Primark and Jockey with a pipeline expanding to Sainsbury's, Inditex, and Landmark Group. Targeting $10M raise at 10–12% dilution.
2022 – Present
Founder — Bebaak
Financial co-pilot and fractional CFO service for Indian MSMEs, exporters, funded startups, and GCC/NRI clients. Finance, finally honest. Live at bebaak.co.
2018 – 2022
Founding CFO — Stride Ventures
Built the financial and operational infrastructure of one of India's leading venture debt funds from the ground up. Scaled AUM to ~$400M. Managed a portfolio of 90+ companies. Led fund management, capital deployment, and investor reporting.

Senior Finance Roles — Oxford University Press & American Tower
Cross-functional finance leadership across publishing and telecom infrastructure. Built expertise in M&A, JV structuring, capital raising across fintech, apparel, telecom, and publishing. Led cross-border expansion across India, GCC, and Asia-Pacific.
